My rates and minimum stays change constantly - every night is different! Put your dates in the calendar, with the number of guests, and what you see is what you'll pay! Discounts are automatically applied for stays 7 nights or longer. No other discounts are available, sorry!

I have several apartments in the same building - each is it's own space! Model unit is shown.

Typically, guests can get the keys and drop their bags in the apartment as early as 12PM. My cleaners do need until 4PM to do their work, so we ask that you give them space and return again after 4.

Unfortunately I do not have anywhere to hold bags after your stay - sorry!
Late check-out may be available for an additional fee, and is not guaranteed until 24 hours before departure.

Parking is NOT AVAILABLE with this unit. Luckily there are TONS of places to park right downtown! I recommend using the Spot Hero website and smartphone app, accessible via their website and the Apple App Store and G-Play Store; search for our building’s address (given at time of booking), plug in the dates you want to park, and your reservation will be taken care of! Rates and availability may vary based on what’s happening in the area, particularly during major events. There are valet, covered, and street parking options available - be SURE to use the filters to find exactly what you’re looking for - and please be aware that most spots in The Loop DO NOT offer in-and-out privileges. Book ASAP - if you wait until the day you arrive, it might be sold out! Please, please, PLEASE, DO NOT try to find free parking downtown. You won’t find any. You’ll get super frustrated. You’ll waste a TON of time.
Do not EVER leave a car unattended in front of the building - you'll be ticketed right away.

Guest access

No common building amenities, but the place is yours during your stay!
You will not share the apartment with any other guests!

Interaction with guests

We are there for you throughout your stay! You'll be greeted in person by a real human, you're not playing hide and seek with lock boxes!
If you have any questions or needs during your stay, feel free to ask the front desk, or text the number found in the guidebook, provided in the apartment upon arrival!

If you're locked out, please contact the building's front desk, as only they can issue new keys!

This place is very well equipped with all the necessary things. Her beds were comfortable and door men/women were extremely helpful. Highly recommend Leia's apartment if you and your group, family are planning to be in the best location in Chicago.

Leia was very transparent. The location was outstanding and we couldn't have asked for an easier check in. Would strongly recommend.

My husband and I stayed with our 8 kids which ranged from ages 17- 4 months. The location was GREAT! We were a block to the buses that got us to all the museums that the CityPass offered. The L was also 1/2 a block away. We just didn't use it. We were also a block to Grant Park North parking garage where we parked our 12 passenger van for a week through SpotHero. There were MANY options for eating be it a local cafe to the usual Subway sandwich shop. The grocery store was about a 10 minute walk. Since we had many mouths to feed it was a little difficult, but doable. It's about a 15 minute walk to the Magnificent Mile and essentially right across the street from The Bean and the Art Museum. The staff at the front desk were over the top helpful at getting us around the city and very friendly. They even let us borrow a Ventra card so we didn't have to purchase one for the city transit. One thing I didn't like about the apartment is that it didn't have a dishwasher, so be prepared to wash dishes or always eat out! Since the L was so close you could hear it at night, but nothing you couldn't get used to. Leia is a great hostess, always quick to respond and very helpful. Check-in and check-out are seem less. Overall a great stay for our large family.

Pros: First off, l don't think I could have found a better location for my family to stay for our trip to Chicago! Centrally located and a block from the nearest L station made Leia's place a great resting spot and hub for our adventures in the city. Leia was very helpful in advance of our trip by providing lots of useful information. Every front desk worker was extremely nice and helpful. They could not have been more hospitable. The size of the place was very good. The 5 of us on our trip never felt cramped. The WiFi is great and reliable. I would stay here again. Cons: Two weeks after booking and 6 days before checking in we were informed not to set the AC temp below 70 degrees or there would be major issues with the AC system and we could be without cool air for the rest of our stay. I didn't think this would a problem until we arrived. We are accustomed to turning the AC in our home to 68 at night when sleeping. My wife could not adjust to the 2 degree difference, so we ended up buying a $20 fan at the Walgreens next door. We were fine after that. The blinds in one of the bedrooms did not close completely. They were too short for the window and stopped about 8 inches above the bottom of the window opening. We had to hang towels/shirts over this opening to block light to aid sleeping and improve privacy. The window in the other bedroom had a towel stuffed between the actual window and the outer storm window. Apparently there's a water issue that the towel is there to deal with. It didn't become an issue for us, but it did have thoughts of mold and mildew swirling through our minds. The listing says there is a washer in dryer in the building and lists the washer and dryer as amenities. The listing then goes on to say that none of the amenities are shared by anyone in the building. I foolishly interpreted this to mean the washer and dryer are in the unit. This is not so. There are shared washers and dryers on each floor. The cost is $1.50 per load. The washers and dryers on our floor were out of order, so we used those on another floor. Also, the washers do not take the laundry detergent "pods" we brought along with us. We had to purchase liquid detergent at the neighboring Walgreens. The beds' headboards are loose and "wobbly." Every time you roll over in bed the headboard moves, frequently hitting the wall. We rolled up t-shirts and stuffed them between the headboard and wall to prevent them from moving. The mattresses are on the firmer side, so I you like a pillow-top be aware.

Location, location, location! Has a great French Bistro on the first floor as an added bonus. Building staff are all very friendly and helpful. Pro tip: if you are checking out in the A.M. but don't fly out for a while talk with the front desk and they can lock up your bags for the day.

Leia's place was exactly what we needed! We had a group of 8 people that stayed comfortably. The front desk staff was incredibly warm and welcoming, and helpful! Everything suited us very well, not to mention the location was within easy walking distance to the park and tons of restaurants. We will definitely look to stay with Leia again!

My daughter, grandson and I stayed here for a short trip to Chicago. Had a great time visiting the museums, parks, shops and restaurants downtown. The condo was clean, comfortable and ideally located. Although seemingly busy most times, the building was pleasantly quite. We truely enjoyed our trip and the condo made that all possible. We would definitely stay here again.
