It's the iHouse and it's fully equipped with all needed amenities. The iHouse is placed on our field in Nea Skioni, right in front of the sea. If you are looking for a place to getaway, relax and enjoy the beauties of nature, then the iHouse is ideal for you!

There is a self check in system allocated at the location. You will be provided with all the needed information prior to your arrival.

The space
It is something unique, that you will hardly ever forget. A luxurious, wooden house, placed in a private field, right on the beach in Nea Skioni village. Next to us there is a great traditional greek tavern/beach bar and in very small proximity you can find many shops and other restaurants in the village of Nea Skioni.

If you are searching for quality time with your loved ones, or on your own, but you want to exceed standards, then the iHouse is what you are looking for.

A superb wooden get-away. Within a well-organized 34m2, there is everything one needs to live comfortably. It is consisted of a fully equipped bedroom, living room, bathroom, and dining room, in the most minimal, yet luxurious way. More specifically, there is a very comfortable double bed, a double sofa-bed, the kitchen table, a bathroom and a spacious balcony that combines the exterior space of our field with the iHouse.

Moreover, you will enjoy the following services: a BBQ area, with an outdoor dinning table, the magnificent view of the sea and a private parking area.

The huge sliding doors from end to end, allow the natural light to flood the house and it eliminates the boundaries of the interior and exterior spaces!

Our wooden home can conveniently accommodate 4 adults.

In the iHouse there are all the needed amenities.

Outside the iHouse there is a bbq area, a shower and stairs leading to the beach, which can be used by the iHouse guests and also by the owners of the plot who stay at the house behind the iHouse (in the other side of the road).

Other things to do in the area include: water sports, diving, yachting, and much more.
There are many good restaurants in heart of Nea Skioni, which is less than 3’ away by car from the house, but you can also find many more good local taverns and restaurants, in the surrounding villages.
However, on the other hand, our house is ideal for those who want some privacy and relaxation, by the seaaway from the busy streets of the villages. The pine air and deep blue waters are all you need to put your soul in a more relaxed and happy place.
