Perfectly located between Margate Old Town and Cliftonville. Huge living space, large kitchen-dinner, large bedroom with king size bed, study and bathroom with shower over bath. Loads of natural light in every room. All major attractions - Old town, Turner Gallery, Cliftonville, Vintage shopping all within a few minutes walk (you can see most of these from the apartment).

My partner and I live between London and Margate so happy to rent the place while we're in London. We've got to know Margate very well over the past few years and have a nice network in the area. Having spent much of my life visiting the Kentish coast I know the surrounding area well. There is nothing like sea air to blow away the cobwebs. Our place is above the beach with no roads or buildings to obstruct a truly panoramic sea view with views west to Herne Bay and east to Botany Bay. I work in London for a publisher, creating books on art, food, travel and photography and run The London Illustration Fair, an annual event supporting emerging Illustration and graphic design. My partner, Claire, is a designer, milliner and costumier. We have a 7 year old dog who loves the beach, even more than us I think. We love Margate for it's laid back vibe, amazing beach, coastal walks, cycling the Viking trail, fresh sea food and some of the best arts and vintage shopping outside of London. Sam & Claire x
