The space

If you'd like to have your own cozy home not far from the city and lots of amenities, this villa is a good choice. There's a private, 9.5 meters x 3.5 meters chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 1.2 meters to 2 meters. It's surrounded by a spacious terrace with six sun loungers and a dining area for great al fresco dining. During warm summer days, you can lay down under the parasol and refresh yourself with an exterior shower. A mobile barbecue is available so you can cook outside. A few stairs lead to the furnished porch where you could have breakfast or share a bottle of wine with friends in the evening. A sun terrace with unobstructed views over the countryside is on the upper floor. The 7000 m2 sized plot is fenced and this house has no complete privacy.

A hall leads to the modern, well furnished kitchen with gas stove, kitchenware, high chair and oven. The kitchen is open to the living-dining room with TV (satellite channels in Spanish, German and English available), CD and DVD player as well as a fireplace for colder autumn nights. A laundry area provides you with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There's a bath with bathtub and a bedroom with two single beds and closet on the ground floor.

Upstairs, there are two more bedrooms. The first comes with twin beds and closet, while the second bedroom has a double bed, dressing room and a shower bath en-suite. Both have access to the terrace.

The house is just 7 km from the Golf course Puntiro, 20 km from the Cathedral La Seu in Palma de Mallorca and 15 km from Playa de Palma Beach. The capital is famous for its picturesque old town, museums, monuments and a great range of Mediterranean and international restaurants. If the beach is what you're searching for, you could visit Cala Blava, Cala Pi, Can Pastilla or the bays of the Tramuntana mountain range, for example Cala Estellencs. You will find supermarkets and everything else you may need during your stay in Marratxí, Pont d'Inca and Palma.
