Two-bed apartment in a Grade II listed building, furnished with a double bed, single chair bed, table and chairs.
Large TV. The Kitchen has Fridge, Microwave and 4 ring electric hotplate. This city pad is just a few minutes walk away from the award winning Trinity shopping centre and a short walk to the rest of the city centre. The apartment is a very good size, has two double bedrooms, two bathrooms and a living room which has a double sofa bed.
It is furnished with all cutlery, utensils and the necessary appliances. It comes with all the little extras too; tea, coffee, sugar, milk, cookies etc. – please use it, it’s free!
There are built-in wardrobes to the side of the beds and hangers are provided. We provide an iron, ironing board and hairdryer which can be found in the bedroom drawers and wardrobe.
The beds are freshly made for your arrival and we provide a number of towels with your stay.
There is a sofa bed which folds out into a double bed and a large desk which can be used to work on. The bathrooms have been designed to a fantastic specification; the shower is large and shampoo/conditioner is provided.
There is on street parking outside the apartment, albeit limited space and its chargeable between 8am to 10pm (only £2 from 6pm-8am)
With the entrance to the flats just off Park Row and 1 minute walk to Greek Street this building is nestled in the Leeds financial district. The area is safe as it is within the prime banking and leisure quarter of the city centre, close neighbours are Carluccio’s, Wagamama, Gaucho, Piccolino and Jamie’s Italian Restaurants. Conveniently located, just a 6 minute walk from the First Direct Arena, 6 minutes from the o2 Academy, 4 minutes from Trinity, 7 minutes the new Victoria Quarter and moments from a number of bars and restaurants.

Late check-out up to 1pm can be arranged at a cost of £10.00 per guest.
Keys are collected from the UK City Stays office, just a short distance from the property, at 6-8 York Place, LS1 2DS.
With regards to the deposit, a 'Preauthorization Hold' will be placed on your card of choice for the deposit amount. No funds will be debited and the hold will be released 24 hours after your stay providing no damage has been caused. Note: this does not apply to Airbnb customers.
