Apartment of 50sqm on the ground floor directly on the lake, at only 9km from Bellagio. It overlooks the communal garden from which there is direct access via staircase to the lake.

The space
Apartment Adele (50mq) has been obtained from an old house restored and divided into several apartments.
The apartment is located on the ground floor, it has a large patio where it’s possible have lunch, the patio and the apartment overlooks the lake and only the communal garden separate them from the shores of the lake, thus giving a wonderful view.
Inside the apartment there are: a living room with tv and a queen size sofa bed (140cmx190cm); an open equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a bathroom with tub with shower; a bedroom with a double bed (160cmx190cm) and a large wardrobe.
The free parking is about 80 meters away.
Apartment Adele is recommended for young people and it’s not suitable for people with reduced mobility due to the presence of stairs.

Guest access
All guests can use the washing machine and the communal garden with a stairway to the lake where it’s possible swim.

The access to the lake it’s only an access, so there is a stair and after the lake, can be some stones depending on the water level.
The water level rises and goes down all over the year depending on the amount of rain.

Other things to note
To reach Apartment Adele there is a flight of stairs (about 25 steps), to reach the parking or the main road you can choose between another flight of stairs or the street access, that's why this apartment isn't suitable for people with reduced mobility.

This apartment is suggested for young people.
I don't live in the propriety and I’m not available in person, but you can reach out to me via Airbnb if there’s any questions or issues (during the arrival or your stay) that me and my family can resolve to help make your stay as comfortable as possible.

FOR ALL THE GUESTS:
We provide the linens based on the number of the guests: bed linens and towels (a big and a medium one for each guest) are included in the price, the free linen change is weekly and only for stays of 2 weeks, 3 weeks or 4 weeks.
Extra linens or if 2 people don’t want sleep together and they want sheets for the sofa bed require payment locally and it’s only on request at least one week before the check-in:
-bed linen: 3€ each one;
-pillow case: 1€ each one;
-big towel: 3€ each one;
-medium towel: 2€ each one.
We don’t provide beach towels.
All the linens are rented from an external laundry.

Cots for babies (2 available units) and highchairs (2 available units) are available, while supplies last, free of charge on request before the arrival.

EXTRAORDINARY STAYS OF 2 DAYS:
The minimum stay is 3 nights, the stay of 2 nights is available under very specific circumstances and it must be request before booking (it's not possible change an existing booking) and with an addition of 30€ at normal price.

The peculiarity and the beauty of the little villages on the Lake of Como, like Lezzeno, is the way they are built: all the villages are built into the mountainside overhanging the lake (Italian Prealps), Lezzeno is surrounded by woods, far from the chaos and the frenetic life of the city, it developed along the main road, it's the longest village of the lake (about 7 km).
The apartment is in a quiet area at the beginning of the village directly on the lake, it's ideal for those who want to enjoy a bit of relaxation or as a starting point for those who want to explore the center of the lake of Como, Bellagio is only 9km away and easy to reach by car or using the local bus service (the apartment is only 200m away from the bus stop with services to Como and Bellagio and 2,5km away from the boat station, 5 minutes with the car).
About 5 minutes walk away there is a small free beach, there are no amenities.
The closest restaurant is 300meters away, but is closed from October to April.
The closest grocery store is 850 meters away (10 minutes walking), otherwise in Bellagio there are two supermarkets larger and more supplied (reachable only by car).
