It is only 5 min away by foot from either the famous Vieux Port area or Notre Dame de la Garde.
You can also go by foot to the famous MUCEM museum / "Panier" area.
There are some convenience stores close by, and a pleasant public garden just 50 meters away.

The apartment is 50 square meters large, and it is located on the first floor.
It consists of a bedroom, a separated kitchen, a living room, and a bathroom.
The living room is charming, as one of the walls is covered with real beautiful stones, and the ceiling has authentic beams.
The apartment is very well equipped, with a small washing machine, a dish washer, a cooking hob, an oven / grill / microwave, a coffee machine, a kettle, an hairdryer, a 3-meter dressing room, with Internet box and TV.
There is a double sofa bed, the size once unfold is 105 large and 190 cm long.
Guest access
The apartment is located in a very central area, so very easy to access by foot or by public transport.
The closest underground station is "Prefecture", and it is only 5 min away by foot. You can also catch buses in the area.
You can park your car in the street (with parking meter).
There is also a public parking closeby (called parking Corderie) - the cost is 19 € for 24 hours.
