TERMS AND CONDITIONS
I. OBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
This agreement is a seasonal rental of furnished property, governed by articles 1717 et seq. Of the Civil Code, under which the Lessor agrees to lease his property to the Tenant who accepts it, in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the General Conditions and Particular provisions of this Convention.

There is a mandatory cleaning fee.

The rent does not include the tourist tax except on property located in the city of Lyon.

• The tenant will not continue any occupational activity in the residence;

8. Cancellation policy

III. OBLIGATIONS OF THE LESSOR
The Landlord expressly agrees to:
1. Issue the property in good condition.
The Landlord undertakes to make the property available to the Tenant in good working order, repair and maintenance.
2. Make any necessary repairs during the Tenant's occupation.
The Landlord undertakes to carry out all repairs that will guarantee the Tenant a peaceful enjoyment of the property during the period of occupancy.
3. Respect the tenant's peaceful enjoyment during the period of occupancy.

In the event that a burglary would have been facilitated by the absence of closure, the lessee would be held fully responsible for the theft and the damage caused.
VI. ELECTION OF HOME
For the execution of this agreement and its follow-up, the parties shall elect their domicile at their respective addresses, as indicated in the reservation confirmations of the airbnb site and when registering on the site.
VII. JURISDICTIONAL JURISDICTION
