Be a part of Bend's unique downtown neighborhood! Walk to Drake Park, bike the Deschutes River trail, sample local brew pubs and cafe's or attend events in the Old Mill District. This 3bdrm/2bath townhome features vaulted ceilings, warm woodwork, and a birds eye view from the back deck.
If the 3 bdrm condo is booked there is a separate 1 bedroom condo often available for a reduced rate. Perfect for a couple or solo traveler. Contact me for details and availability.

The space
Guests return often due to the convenience, comfort and location of this property. Many clients rent for several weeks or months while checking out Bend as a possible re-location. This upper floor condo with 3 bedrooms/ 2 baths can accommodate 2 - 4 for the listed price. The lower 1 bedroom/1 bath fully equipped condos may be rented separately for a fee based on length of stay. All units have private entrances with washer/dryer, cable TV/wireless internet and full kitchens.

Stays of one month or longer don't require a room tax charge and are billed separately for utilities that are used during your stay. The owner is flexible in designing the contract to meet your needs.

Guest access
The 3 bedroom townhome has a one car attached garage. The two 1 bedroom condos each have a storage shed for extra equipment. Each unit has their own laundry facilities and internet access.

Other things to note
If you are bringing a pet please don't leave them unattended in the units. There is an additional pet charge. This assures that the space is clean of pet hair and dander for the following guests. One pet per unit is allowed unless special arrangements are made. $10/day; $50/week or $100/month.
