My place is close to public transportation 10 minutes to sea tac airport. 5 minutes to south center mall restaurants and dining. You’ll love my place because of the ambiance. this place was build from recycle lumber and most of the materials came from old pallets, great for families
business and travelers.
not a well chair accessible if you mind a few steps to get to your room not for you.
this is more like a barn building stile but very cozy.

The space

we used pallets to finish the interior of the building.
including kitchen counter and floors.
we strongly believe on conserving and helping our planet.
everything we can found and re used inside and outside.
pleased make sure to pack your garbage and take it with you especially plastic.

Guest access

gardens, patio

Other things to note

one thing about this area is that we have sugar ants in the entire neighborhood
and due to the fact that we love animals we do not kill or poison any bugs.
solution that works for us is not to leave any food on the counters especially sugar or sweets.

A really great place to stay, right near Seattle. Spacious, a nice view and even a little farm! Simply a really lovely stay at Teo's studio. Many thanks.

Teo's place is great! It's cozy and private and close to major freeways, airport and big shopping mall. I'll stay here again if it is available next time I visit Seattle. Totally recommend it!

Teo's home is absolutely incredible. The featured photos truly don't do it justice. My fiancé and I stayed here for a week during our trip to Seattle and it met all of our needs while providing us with an inexpensive, cozy, and private stay. The area of Tukwila is very quaint but conveniently located to the airport, grocery stores, and public transit. We utilized the bus 85% of our time here, it was about an 8 min walk from the home (5 if you cut through the apartment complex across the street's parking lot). The other 15% of the time we used rideshare apps and, due to the location being so close to the airport, there was always one no less than 3 mins away. The home is on Teo's property and shares a yard with the main house. The front of the property is a lovely native garden (a natural landscaping method, which promotes cleaner air, water, and indigenous wildlife). The back of the property is their home farm, with a goat and chickens and fruits and vegetables! It's so neat to wake up in the morning to the sound of chickens and life happening right outside your window. Their awesome use of the property was one of my favorite things about the stay and honestly gave us a lot of ideas and goals for our personal home development. The home itself is one of the most incredible things I've experienced (I'm really pushing that my fiancé and I pursue a tiny home-esque property to own). Take note, for those traveling from other states, this place does not have AC but this is typical of almost properties in Seattle. Just something to keep in mind if your particular about having AC access. We did not find it necessary during our stay but some may. The infrastructure of the home is very stable and beautifully finished, it looked like true craftsmanship. As stated in the house rules and some other reviews, this home is not ideal for the elderly or those with physical disabilities because daily stair climbing and even crawling is required. The front door opens up to an open living room with a couch and ottoman. Next to this room, on the same floor level, is the bathroom which hosts the toilet and the shower in the same space. The bathroom is much more private than we originally thought and has a glass door that allows for total solitude when needed haha. On the second floor in the back portion of the house is the kitchen and dining room. We spent a lot of time in this area of the house wince we cooked every day. The kitchen is really beautiful provides the necessities for cooking full meals such as a stove, microwave, a large fridge and freezer, full set of pots and pans, and an even bigger set of dishware. Be sure to be aware of leaving food out because you will definitely be visiting for the...

The stay in Tukwila was wonderful. It was just for a week. As long as you learn how to use city bus, it would be fine not to have a car. For your information, these apps helped for my trip down below. - Transit Go (online ticket service) - Transit (GPS and timetable for the transportations) - Uber - LimeBike ( Rental Cycle)

Teo's place was great! It was perfect for 2 people, close to the airport and not too far from everything in Seattle. Wish the shower was a little warmer, but besides that, everything was excellent! We would stay there again!

Close to public transportation and also a short bus ride to South Center mall, which was great. Very convenient. Quiet neighborhood, and the place was very private which was nice.

Teo has a nice mini two floor house hat is perfect for a cheap gateaway. The house has all things basic you need and mostly bunk bed style but it does the job! Would for sure stay here again! Great location, very cute place but simple and basic.

out of dozens of interests, travelling is one of our top five favorites. we enjoy helping folks with their plans like folks have helped us when we are far from home.

we strive to provide the kind of place that travellers like us revel in discovering: something off the beaten path that's unique, a "find," a great deal/value, clean, safe, stylish, helpful, friendly, a nest at the end of the day and a place that positively stimulates thoughts towards envy and delight and gratitude.

you undoubtedly have a unique perspective and worldview to share and we can all gain from knowing one another.
