This finca is somewhat special, as it is surrounded by a huge vineyard which holds a small surprise for you, if you wish: the owner invites you to spend a day helping in some typical special care in the vineyard. Also, he invites you to the bodega and taste some of his wines. Imagine what a fantastic, enoturistic experience that would be!
But that's not all! The outside area of the house counts with an above ground pool with a diameter of 4m and a depth of 1,5m. If you like plunge pools, you will enjoy the two ponds on the terrain, with ice cold spring water flowing directly from the mountain and pouring into the ponds, constantly renewing the water. There is an exterior shower for your comfort. Just relax on the sun loungers or in the hammock, read a book or slumber in the sunshine. The colorful design sofas are perfect for a cocktail. The porch and the terrace invite you for your barbecue dinners with your loved ones.
The 2-storey house starts with a spacious living- and dining room with satellite TV and a fireplace, for comfort on colder days. The independent kitchen counts with an lectric oven, an induction hob, microwave and coffeemachine. There is a toilet on the ground floor and a laundry area with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. Walking up the stairs, you will find two bedrooms with two individual beds each and a bathroom with a shower. For one child up to 2 years, we can provide a baby bed and a high chair, without any additional cost. The house counts with airconditioning and central heating, making it ideal for any time of year.
This house is surrounded by pure nature, breathing fresh and healthy air. Enjoy the landscape cycling or hiking, or book a hot air balloon trip near Vilafranca. We recommend a visit to the Cova Blava of the island of Cabrera, with boat trips leaving from Colonia Sant Jordi, enjoying the beautiful beach of Es Trenc or the Drach caves in Porto Cristo.
