We were in town for a trade show at the convention center, the location was perfect for our stay. We were able to park our vehicle right out front and used Uber during our entire stay. Would not hesitate to stay again if we are in town.

Please do not stay here!!! From the minute we walked in, it smelled like 3 cats lived there and had one litter box. We had to go to Target and purchase plugins to get rid of the smell. We had to rewash two sets of sheets, and purchase a mattress cover for the downstairs bedroo…

Response from Marta:
This review is ridiculous; to the point that I will actually take my time to reply, which I almost never do. First and foremost, this house, the sheets, the towels, the floors, the toilets, the showers are all cleaned after every guest stays at the house. It is not done by a random cleaning company, but actually by us personally. You requested the extra towels - towels brought to you the next day, as you were not available to get them the same day and took the key. You only texted your negative comments at your convenience and never even bothered to respond to me, once I took time to provide you with answers and solutions. You asked for additional TP and paper towels - you received them as well. The faucets, the shower handles and the shelf on the mirror are all functional and work great - they aren't brand new and no one has ever claimed them to be; one faucet needed to be tightened and it was during your stay, sine you over-exaggerated that it was falling off. How can you say the shower handle is ‘broke’ when it’s simply missing the logo cap on the center of the handle? You can't run your mouth and make false statements to damage my reputation and reviews only because the fixtures are old BUT FUNCTIONAL. We sort through the refrigerator after every guest leaves and throw away all perishables, that would not benefit the next guest. Most normal guests appreciate this gesture of having coffee cream and bagels left for them. I suppose you only want Kuerig cups left behind, which is contradictory to your previous statement. The next time you go grocery shopping you should assess what you need and not assume, it will save you a trip. Unless, of course, you are only looking for something to complain about - and it sure sounds like you are simply a very negative person, who will always find things to criticize. Parking in the neighborhood is completely fine. You can park within a block of the house, which is awesome in comparison to most city neighborhoods. The safety is something of your own opinion - what is considered not safe for YOU, is totally fine for us, people who are not high maintenance. Guests are always welcome and encouraged to check the crime stats. It is a complete BS about your alleged gun shots.... Baltimore City police would surely have reported the incident, which would have been a public info. I'm sure you would like to portrait yourself as a victim, which is so transparent. And of course, you blame me for the neighborhood not being safe... Insane... Let me go and work on the solving crime issues; i'll get right to it. This house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and it costs $93 per night ($15.54 per night per person in your case), for your next stay in Baltimore you should consider the Four Seasons, located at 200 International Drive in Harbor East which is $400 per night for a king size bed and a concierge service. Lastly, please check all of my guest's previous feedback. I do not claim that my house is perfect, however it's clean, well furnished, accommodates 6 people comfortable and is located in the neighborhood, which is close to Johns Hopkins, Canton, Fells Point and Harbor East. Baltimore is the city that is constantly improving and building itself up, and for someone to come here and criticize it is absolutely and utterly disrespectful and rude.
