The space
The spacious interior offers a cozy atmosphere.
The renovated barn with its mezzanine and 20 m2 net appeals to children of all ages.
The garden, its terrace, the swimming pool (salt), the outdoor sauna, the Nordic bath, the ping pong table, the foosball table, the projection screen, the basketball hoop, the tree house, the pizza oven, the plancha... allow everyone to have a good time playing games and relaxing.
In summer, the master suite is equipped with an air conditioner and the other 2 bedrooms with fans.
We provide outdoor games, a badminton net, petanque balls, molky, tennis rackets, ... and of course books, board games, ....

The house is entirely for you. The beds in the bedrooms are for 7 people and the renovated barn can accommodate 5 people on a mezzanine with a 20 m2 hanging net.
Choice of: 4 beds on a huge climbing mattress with mattress topper and a bed on a single bed.
You can also sleep on a mattress on the hammock, it's very comfortable and people love it!
There is something for everyone 😉

Other things to note
38 euros per person per night and all you have to do is put your bags down: the beds will be made for you upon arrival and towels are provided.
On weekends, we welcome you from 5:30 pm and you will have the house until Sunday 5pm to enjoy your day!
For stays in July, the house is available from 4pm and until 11am the following week.
The kitchen is fully equipped (American fridge, freezer, oven, induction hob, Senseo coffee machine and De lunghi coffee machine, dishwasher...) but we do not have a microwave (by choice).
The renovated loft barn (kitchen, bathroom...) will allow families to have their independence.
Outside, you can relax on sunbeds, have a drink in a garden furniture (there is one in the shade and one in the sun), rest in the hammock....
Kids will enjoy the huge trampoline, treehouse, or ping pong table.
In the evening, feast on a pizza oven or a delicious plancha then relax in the sauna and Nordic bath.
We have 4 chickens so don't hesitate to serve you in eggs.
The pool is protected by an electric tarpaulin to close in the evening or when the children are in the garden.
Dogs are allowed indoors downstairs but not upstairs or at the barn.
Please respect the neighborhood by making no noise outside after 10 p.m.

The village of St Paul en Jarez is located in the Pilat park, ideal for hiking and outdoor activities: via ferrata, paragliding, deval kart, mountain biking, downhill scooter, rafting, kayaking, tree climbing, climbing, horseback riding...

In the countryside but close to the city, we are ideally located for a stay in France: close to the motorways, these can take you in 2 hours in the alps, in 3 hours to the sea, in 35 minutes in the 2nd most beautiful city in France, Lyon and its gastronomy as well as its beautiful vineyards around.
Not to mention in a few minutes in the massif of Pilat for beautiful hikes and many outdoor activities.
