The main living level features scenic views, contemporary furnishings, a presto log fireplace and flat screen TV. The open concept gourmet kitchen features a Sub-Zero fridge, Wolf gas stove and spacious breakfast bar that overlooks the living room. Or head out to the deck and enjoy a meal on the built-in BBQ. The large dining area in the front of the house seats 8 comfortably and is perfect for hosting family meals or entertaining friends. On the ground floor, the media room features a large flat screen TV and a bar and kitchenette for all your home entertainment needs. Or head out to the patio and relax in the private hot tub or by the outdoor gas fireplace after the day's activities. This level can be accessed from the private garage in the underground car park and features a mud room with plenty of equipment storage and laundry room.

Three of the four bedrooms are located on the top level. The master bedroom features a king bed, flat screen TV and shares a double sided gas fireplace with the master ensuite. The fourth bedroom, located on the ground level, features a king split bed and an ensuite with a spacious glass-enclosed shower. This bathroom can also be accessed from the hallway. For added convenience, there is a powder room located on the main living level.

Minimum Age: Minimum check-in age is 30 for all guests unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Security Deposit: Each reservation will be required to provide a security deposit of $2,000 at the time of check-in by way of a pre-authorization on a valid credit card. Provided no charges are incurred for excess cleaning, property damage, or other charges, the authorization should be released by your credit card provider approximately 2 weeks after departure.
