The house is close to the Football Field, 3 km from Ibitipoca State Park and a 10-minute walk from the main street. Bakery and pharmacy are a 5-minute walk. It is at the end of a cul-de-sac, amidst a beautiful landscape. I have a complete barbecue area where you can see a beautiful sunset.
It has a parking lot for 4 cars.
