The apartment is located on the third floor of a vertical condominium that includes a large garden area.
To access the apartment you must climb 43 wooden steps.
Upon entering you will see:
THE LIVING ROOM: 2-seater armchair, coffee table, kitchen, dining room, a bookcase and a full bathroom next to which is a bedroom with a queen size bed, TV, an open closet, a desk, air conditioning and a balcony overlooking the neighborhood.
With a separate entrance, adjacent to the main access of the apartment, is the other bedroom with a double bed, TV, dresser, open closet and a full bathroom, in addition to the balcony through which you will observe our garden.
The two rooms are connected through a covered terrace where there is a table and chairs, from there you will have an unbeatable view.

1. You can use the garden, pool and break rooms.
2. The pool is heated by solar panels and to use it you can uncover it yourself and cover it again when you finish.
3. You can use the treadmill and stationary bike in the access area (ramp).

1. The neighbors have dogs on the rooftops that bark when they perceive movement or excessive noise on the street or surrounding areas, such as that produced by pyrotechnics or music, which happens more frequently during festive times.
2. From Thursday to Saturday, from 8:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m., a singer performs live trova in the café that adjoins the back of our house.
