Great location, the apartment is easy walking distance to Salamanca Place, waterfront and Mona ferry (1.2km). Woollies Sandy Bay is 400m away, IGA supermarket, bottle shop & bus stops 200m, and University 1km. No unverifed guests accepted

Conveniently situated near the intersection of Davey and Antill streets, there is an IGA supermarket, bottleshop, chemist, Hungry Jacks and bus stops. In the other direction along Regent and King Streets, there is a Woolworths supermarket, places to eat, coffee, banks and shopping in Sandy Bay. (500 meters).
