Small cozy guest room in the city (18 sqm, 3rd floor, no elevator!) with terrace access, quiet location in the green courtyards. French bed 1.40 x 2 m, desk, armchair, chair, wardrobe, shelving unit, TV, Internet, stereo system, fan, mini cooler, microwave, kettle and Tassimo coffee maker. Restaurants, takeaways, bakery and supermarket in the immediate vicinity 20-50 m. No cooking in the room! (2G+ or triple vaccination)

Due to the extensive amenities in the guest room, kitchen use is not necessary. The bathroom is shared. We provide fresh towels 2 times a week and change the bed linens once a week for longer bookings.
