We cannot recommend these houses more! If you are looking to get away from it all but still have plenty to do you need to book! We booked the two houses while we were visiting the area for a wedding and they were just perfect for what we needed as a group of 20 wedding guests. All the essentials were provided which was a great help before we found the local supermarket. If you are as lucky as us to get nice weather, the outdoor area is amazing for a group - the bbq was a surprise and made afternoon cooking much easier. Naoive has been a great host - not only with all the help she provided during the booking process while we tried to organise 20 guests, but was also so friendly when we met after checking in and was always on hand if we needed her. Great host, great house, great location!

Villa Yeats has a wonderful location and Naoive is fabulous host. The house has breathtaking views of the beach and surrounding countryside, the beach is directly accessible from the grounds. The lovely seaside town of Ardmore is a 5 min drive away and there is a spectacular cliff walk which even our youngest member (4 years old) managed without complaints. The house is perfect for a large group. We were 11 people of all ages from 3 different families. The split level, open floor plan was perfect and gave everyone privacy when needed plus a fabulous lounge/dinner with stunning views from 3 sides for when we all got together in the evenings. There is plenty of household equipment, with everything needed for a stay. There is plenty of cutlery, crockery and drinking vessels for a large group. There are crisp white sheets on all the beds and white fluffy towels in the bathroom. A lovely welcome pack of locally made biscuits and juice was a welcome gesture. The fishing nets and bucket were great for an afternoon at the rock pools and for building a monumental sandcastle on the beach. The tennis and golf in the grounds were also a popular addition. We would definitely love to return one day.

To celebrate my parents' 50th wedding anniversary, we spent a weekend in Villa Yeats and Villa Galileo. There were 13 adults and 7 children in all. We had a super weekend and couldn't recommend the villas highly enough. The setting is truly stunning and the houses and grounds are beautiful and well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Naoive was very helpful in advance, called around to ensure we had everything we needed, and was on call in case of problems. Would definitely consider a return visit.

I am married with 3 boys aged 17, 13 and 9.
I am originally from Dublin but now living in Co Waterford. I spent 23 years working in the Pharmaceutical Industry eventually getting to Director level and I have now packed in the corporate world to enjoy life - in the beautiful Co Waterford countryside looking at the Atlantic Ocean.
I love baking, family, art, antiques, travelling - learning about different cultures and food.
I reckon I am half way through my life at 48 so I've had enough of running and racing and Im into my second phase while I am still young enough to enjoy it !
