A 5 acre gated private estate, with its sister property Villa Galileo. The view from the property is simply amazing. With landscaped gardens, wild fields and a latch door in the garden fence, leading straight out on to the beach it is truly a unique property. There is plenty of space for a large family or group of friends making it ideal for a reunion or family occasion. If you are celebrating a special event, please let us know.
Both Villa Yeats and its sister property Villa Galileo can be rented together to allow for a gathering of 23-29 people on site.
There is a shared shed with two kayaks, one set of golf clubs and tennis rackets for guest use. Each house has its own patio area and has a BBQ.
Available all year round .. this property can be rented at Christmas and the New Year.
Guests have the entire use of the house but the garden, tennis court and mini golf etc is shared with its sister property Villa Galileo.
Interaction with guests
I live 15 minutes away and I am always contactable on my mobile should you have any issues. I like to meet all guests during their stay but other than that you have peace and privacy.
Other things to note
We do allow well behaved dogs and well behaved owners to stay at both Villa Galileo and Villa Yeats
- Smoking is outside only
- We love pets but only if they don't chew and don't leave reminders in the garden. We don't allow pets in the bedrooms. A max of two dogs allowed per visit.
- please follow our instructions regarding recycling of rubbish.
I am married with 3 boys aged 17, 13 and 9.
I am originally from Dublin but now living in Co Waterford. I spent 23 years working in the Pharmaceutical Industry eventually getting to Director level and I have now packed in the corporate world to enjoy life - in the beautiful Co Waterford countryside looking at the Atlantic Ocean.
I love baking, family, art, antiques, travelling - learning about different cultures and food.
I reckon I am half way through my life at 48 so I've had enough of running and racing and Im into my second phase while I am still young enough to enjoy it !
