Lake Life is an easy access top floor apartment with two bedrooms, and one bathroom. With lovely high ceilings it has a spacious light filled feel and large outdoor balcony.
There is a fully self contained kitchen that is beautifully appointed with high quality appliances and dining ware. The outside balcony has an outdoor gas heater and webber bbq and there is also a large outdoor lounger to sit and enjoy the stunning views.
The two bedrooms each have a high quality queen bed and bedding with electric blankets for the winter months. The apartment is also very well equipped for the cooler months with underfloor heating in the bathroom, wall heaters in all of the rooms and black out blinds. There is also separate and private ski storage.
Guests can enjoy direct access to both bike and walking tracks into town or stay in and use the fantastic entertainment system for movies and music. Also SKY TV with HD Sports package. There is a personal device Sonos app for the sound system (Spotify/Sound Cloud) . The apartment also offers unlimited wi-fi and a Sony 4 with games. As the apartment is all on the one level it is very family friendly.

AGE OF GUESTS
Guest(s) making a booking must be over 25 years of age. Additionally, all guests who are unaccompanied by a parent or guardian must also be over 25 years of age.
MINIMUM RENTAL PERIOD
The minimum rental period for all holiday homes is 3 nights, except during Christmas and New Year Periods where a minimum of 5 nights may be required.
As per Our Terms and Conditions "Guest(s) making a booking must be over 25 years of age. Additionally, all guests who are unaccompanied by a parent or guardian must also be over 25 years of age".
3 night minimum stay, except
Christmas/New Year when it is 5 nights ( 20th December - 6th January)
CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Check in time: the property will be available from 2:00pm on the day of your arrival
Check out time: is 10:00am on the morning of departure. Please return the key to the lock-box on check-out.
We accept that breakages and accidents do happen, the person who made the booking is responsible to report any breakage to Harcourts Property Management and Rentals. Damage to the property and / or its furnishings caused by negligence will result in the cost being on-charged to the guest who made the booking.
NO SMOKING POLICY
There is a no smoking policy in all our holiday homes inside and outside.
No pets are allowed in any of our holiday homes.
Our holiday homes must be left in a clean and tidy condition upon departure. Should the home require excessive cleaning over and above what is deemed reasonable, a charge of $35.00 plus gst per hour will be on-charged to the guest who made the booking. This includes but not limited to doing dishes, pots and pans, removal of rubbish, cleaning the oven after use and the BBQ. We also ask that guests do not move furniture around in the homes. If furniture is moved and not put back in the correct placement guests will be charged $35.00 plus gst per hour for the correct placement of the furniture items on check-out.
HOLIDAY HOME STANDARDS AND GENERAL TERMS
All our properties are privately owned homes and apartments. Each property is the personal taste of the owner.
We ask that guests staying in apartments please do not hang clothes, beach towels over the balconies and that drying racks are also not put outside or on the decks and balconies, this is a general rule in many of the apartment complexes.
The only consumables in our holiday homes on arrival are toilet paper and soap (sufficient for one stay day) The condiments, spices etc in the pantry cupboard are for your use but are not intentionally provided. Feel free to use what you need but it would be appreciated if you could replace or leave something similar when you leave.
