We're renting our house for the first time this year (2017). It is a stunning, wonderfully light and airy, architect-designed coastal home, which is perfect for families or couples sharing (sorry - no Stags or Hens). It has four spacious bedrooms (3 Kingsize, 1 Double), two beautiful bathrooms, a huge living room / dining room, and a lovely kitchen with breakfast bar. There is also a glazed first floor balcony. The house is in one of the most desirable residential roads in Newquay where all the houses are individually designed, and is located on Newquay's stunning Pentire Headland, You are a stone's throw (3 mins walk) from the front door to the sand estuary of the River Gannel, which enables water sports (canoeing, kayaking, swimming and fishing) at high tide, and an amazingly beautiful walks to Crantock beach (3 miles) at low tide. Within very easy reach is Newquay's world famous surf beach, Fistral Beach, with it's shops, restaurants and bars, and not far from Newquay town (an 8 min max taxi ride), and approximately 15-20 minutes by taxi from Newquay airport. Nearby is the beautiful Newquay Golf Course - one of a few in Europe that has a sea view from every tee, as well as local tennis courts, swimming pools, skate parks, bowling greens and of course all the town's beaches. Our house is a wonderful, peaceful place to stay. The house is tastefully and comfortably furnished, with all mod cons including Wifi and Satellite TV. The kitchen is perfect for those who like to cook! The garden has a BBQ deck and a sun deck which receives sunshine from early morning till approx 8pm during the Summer months. The house is perfectly designed for friends or families, who want to enjoy a relaxed Cornish holiday in comfortable surroundings.
Virtually all the house is accessible apart from one room (small office space which will not be used while guests are in residence), some locked cupboard space, and the garage. There is off-street parking for two cars, and a private decked area with sun terrace and BBQ.

We will be contactable throughout your stay, and will leave a Guest Pack with useful information about the house and surrounding area, including good restaurants, bars, beaches, walks, activities etc.
Other things to note
Please note that this a family home, and we do not allow party groups, or anyone under 25 to rent the property. We do ask for ages of all visitors in advance and reserve the right to cancel any booking that we have concerns about or that we feel may not be suitable for the premises and the residential area. Any dogs MUST be over a year old and FULLY HOUSE TRAINED.
Well-behaved dogs are welcome with prior agreement - we need to know a little more about your pet first. All visiting pets MUST BE OVER THE AGE OF ONE, up to date with innoculations / flea treatments etc and MUST BE FULLY HOUSE TRAINED. Please kindly respect our wishes that they do not go upstairs, in the bedroom areas, or on the furniture. We would also ask that your pet is supervised at all times, and not left alone in the house alone. We are dog owners ourselves (Labrador).
