Enjoy marvelous sea views in this lovely terraced house, located in Es Barcares, in the north of Alcúdia. It can comfortably accommodate 6 people.

The space
The porch is a nice place for having a large breakfast, while contemplating the Mediterranean. The garden with lawn chairs is a nice place for sunbathing or having a pick-nick with your kids. This wonderful property is located in a quiet urbanization, it's not completely fenced and there are direct neighbours. At the front there's the seafront of Es Barcarés.

This invitingly, two-storey house is composed of a bright sitting-dining room with A/C and satellite-TV, a fully-equipped kitchen with vitro hob in case you prefer to cook at home and a laundry with washer, iron and ironing board. Upstairs there are four bedrooms with A/C and wardrobes. The biggest one is fitted with a double bed. Furthermore, there are two bedrooms with a single bed each and one with a bunk bed. There is one shower bathroom and one bath with bath tub on the upper floor and a toilet on the ground floor.

The town of Es Barcares is located in the north of Alcudia and is a blend between the mountains and the sea. The coast is mostly rocky, but there are a few nice sand beaches as, Sant Joan, Mal Pas, Sa Marina and Platja des Morer Vermell. Along the coast you can take a long walk with panoramic sea views, until reaching Bonaire. The highest elevation of this region is the mountain Sa Talaia, where you can hike. There is a small chapel and a good restaurant at the beginning of the trail.

By car or bicycle you can reach the old town of Alcudia, where you will find all necessary amenities for self-catering. It is surrounded by a town wall and lovely cobbled streets pass through the whole town. The local market takes place every Sunday and Tuesday and there you can buy fresh fruits, vegetables, clothes and knick-knacks. The harbour of Alcudia, Puerto de Alcudia, is especially during the summer a lively spot with many restaurants, leisure activities and playgrounds. You can enjoy a boat trip to Formentro and Cap Pinar and see the Majorcan coast from the ocean.
