The space

A spacious porch invites you to spend time preparing a delicious BBQ or playing table tennis. This detached two-storey house is fenced.

In an air-conditioned living-dining room you can rest after a hot beach day, watch a film on the satellite-TV or a DVD with your kids. A bright kitchen with ceramic hob is fully-fitted with all important appliances and offers a dining table. The laundry is located on the terrace and is equipped with washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The property offers sleeping facilities for eight guests in four air-conditioned bedrooms with double beds. Three bedroom are on the first floor, while one is located on the ground floor. The bedrooms have TVs with local channels. One bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower and bath tube. A cot and baby chair can be provided upon request. Beside the en-suite bathroom there is another one with a bath tube on the first floor and one with shower on the ground floor. This house is appropriate for vacation for summer as well as for winter months, as there are air conditioning and electric heaters.

The lovely beach is just 900 m away and there you can rent sun beds and umbrellas, play beach-volley or have a drink in a beach bar. Especially during the summer, Can Picafort is a lively place with all necessary amenities for an independent stay. In the night you can go out for dancing or have some drink. Your kids will enjoy playing in the playgrounds and by boat you can go to Cap Formentor or Cap Pinar. There's a market every Friday where you can buy fresh fruits and vegetables, clothes and knick-knacks.

A car is not essential as you can move by bus or bicycle. The old town of Alcúdia is famous for its picturesque streets, the nice amphitheatre and the old town wall. The natural park of S'Albufera is the most extensive marshland of the north and houses many species of birds. Playa de Muro is a long, fine grained sand beach, protected by the dunes, where you can take a long walk.
