It's two blocks from the Breckenridge Brewery/Restaurant and the rest of the Main Street restaurants and shops, one block from a ski/snowboard rental/repair shop, four blocks from the local supermarket, two blocks from the closest liquor store, and two blocks from the ice skating rink. Not convinced this is the best location? There's more... You can walk to a great sled hill (Carter Park), hiking trail (Jack's Cruel Joke), ice cream shop (Cold Stone Creamery), and everything else downtown Breckenridge has to offer.

NOTE: The listed 2-night minimum does not apply to all times. At certain times of the year we have a longer minimum; however, we can often accommodate stays as short as 2 nights on weeknights, or last-minute requests, or if your stay fits well into the calendar. For these reasons, we accept short stays all the time. If you'd like a short stay, go ahead and inquire and we'll do our best to accommodate you or refer you to a similar property that can accommodate you.

USE. The premises will be used as a temporary residence for no more than 10 persons.
PARKING. Tenant understands that there is sufficient parking for up to two vehicles, including one in the attached garage and one in front of the attached garage with the front or rear bumper within 3 feet of the garage door. Excess vehicles must not be parked in the driveway or on the public roadway or elsewhere in the subdivision. Recreational vehicles, motor homes, campers, trailers, etc. may not be parked in the driveway or roadway at any time. Stay Summit does not guarantee that Tenant’s vehicle will fit in the attached garage; if Tenant’s vehicle does not fit in the attached garage, Tenant agrees that only one car may be parked outside the property. Vehicles not parked in accordance with these terms may be towed at any time, at Tenant’s expense, without warning.
PARTIES. No parties shall be held on the premises without the prior written consent of Stay Summit. No more than 12 persons shall be present on the premises at any time.
ANIMALS. No animals will be brought on the premises without prior consent of Stay Summit.
SMOKING. Tenant or his or her family, invitees, or guests will not smoke anywhere inside the structure, including any garage. Smoking inside the unit will result in a $500 charge plus all necessary cleaning and odor elimination costs.
MINIMUM AGE. Tenant represents that Tenant is at least 25 years of age.
