A clean room in a 2 bdrm+ apartment in a charming 3-story building. Located near the city centre (Bathurst & Bloor - 20 mins from EVERYTHING), but a safe, beautiful neighbourhood.
Lots of natural light, plants, games, and books for you to enjoy in the living room, kitchen, back room, balcony, or your own private room!
The guest room has a brand new, comfortable futon mattress on a hand-crafted pullout couch, lots of natural light, a large mirror, and side table.
This apartment is spacious and practical and beautiful. High ceilings and tons of natural light. Includes a covered balcony with a hammock and plants, and a shared living room with a record player, books, and a communal space to hang. We love living here and want to share our space with you.
Help yourself to dishes/cooking utensils and spices in the kitchen, store any food in the fridge. Access coin laundry in the basement.
Front and rear doors. On the back patio are a couple of bike racks, if you're going to rent a bike! (There are lots of bike shops in the neighbourhood.)
Iron with a mini board and a clothes rack are in the living room closet.
Hair dryer in the bathroom.
Borrow a book, play a record, play a game!
Interaction with guests
We would love to socialize with you, but it will depend on our schedules during your stay. We generally enjoy parks and cycling in the afternoon and wine in the evenings. We will be happy to recommend places to go, as both of us are born and raised in Toronto and know the city very well. We are both also active musicians and are involved in the music scene in Toronto.
Other things to note
The bedrooms are located on either end of the apartment. Occasionally, the entire apartment may be available. Feel free to ask!
If you lose the SmartKey, you will be required to pay to cover the replacement. The key costs $100. Sorry, we wish this wasn't the case, but the keys are expensive.
- No shoes throughout the house, please
- Quiet hours after 11p.m.
I'm a woman in my early twenties who makes music, studies, and cares for babies! Born and raised in Toronto, Canada, and still calling it home, but love to travel and meet new people.
I live in a tidy apartment downtown, and like to experience and maintain the same environment while traveling!
My schedule is quite busy, so I'm often out, but I love Toronto and hosting!
I think that everyone should listen to music, ride bicycles, laugh loads, and read The Little Prince.
