Cute, comfortable place to stay in Bloomington. Kristi was also very communicative and friendly. As the other reviews point out there is no internet in the house, but I had good cellular service (from Verizon) so I could use my phone to make a wifi hot-spot. Also, there is no way to make coffee, but there are some good cafes within a 10-minute walk. Would stay there again!

The place is a charm, a wonderful tiny home that is perfect for a couple, or for a family with 1 child. The bathroom is a little small but manageable. The location is quiet being close to a park and hospital. It's close to the B-town trail and a walk from the Bloomingfoods natural store on 6th street.

Kristi was amazing to say the least. Excellent at communicating throughout the enitr process. She was very supported and provided a solution to a slight problem I had. The locatiin is amazing....a 2 minute drive or 10 minute walk to everything. Had an amazing time at a very affordable price.

Kristi's place is an adorable house in a historic district of enormous charm. It's an area of bungalows set close together, many of them going back more than 100 years. Kirsti's house is a one-bedroom cottage, but it feels airy and light and the kitchen feels like a big, old farmhouse kitchen. And there's a porch swing in front. I sat in it eating snacks and beer (I arrived too late to get dinner) and enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. (Despite the houses being so close together, I heard no neighborhood noise, and I didn't feel any lack of privacy.) The house is comfortable. The bathroom is a bit cramped but is perfectly functional. The air conditioning system works well. There's a washer and dryer. No wifi, which might make it not right for long stays but it wasn't an issue for a two-night stay. I went to Bloomington after seeing the eclipse in Nashville, just because I'd never been to Indiana. Kristi's house is well-situated for exploring Bloomington, which was my goal. Indiana University is within walking distance (not a short walk, but not a prohibitively long walk, either). I walked around the beautiful campus with its imposing limestone buildings and old-growth trees and brooks, and went to the Lilly Rare Book Library to see the Gutenberg Bible and their Audubon book, which is practically the size of a twin bed. I had a good pub meal at the Irish Lion on Kirkwood on my way back to Kristi's. I just said about a place I stayed in Cincinnati that I wished it were my house, and I feel the way about the houses in this area of Bloomington. I felt very much at home there, almost as if it were my home already.
