The Flat is 2 bedroom, plus Living and Kitchen/Dining, so best for "Housemates": working stiffs sharing a great home, but limited to 3 occupants with a couple in the Queen bed, and a single person in the 2nd Bedroom Full-size bed (no couch-surfing). Please Note: the TERM of Stay must be 30 Days or more...
The corner Living Space has huge picture windows, offering lots of light and a view out over Page Street. This is a two-bedroom, one-bath Flat, with the bedrooms at opposite ends for privacy -- perfect for sharing!! -- but we are limited to max of 3 occupants, with a couple in the Queen bed and a single person in the 2nd Bedroom Full-size bed (no couch-surfing). Washer/dryer is shared with the upstairs unit. (No private yard or patio, but then the Park is only a block away!!)
This is a Two-Unit residential building on the Corner of Page & Central. The garage level houses the shared washer & dryer, and there's room to store bikes or motorcycle (no parking space available, sorry to say).
Other things to note
EASY Transportation Options. The MUNI buses run on Haight Street all the way into Downtown San Francisco... super easy and very frequent.

Our SF homes are not the typical "corporate rental": they are warm, comfortable and extremely liveable... in short they will feel like "home"!!!
- The Napa Valley homes are most typically located in the idyllic town of Calistoga, walking distance to quaint shops, cafe's, bars and spa's. Whether with pools, or views out over vineyards, we're proud of the quality and liveability!!
