House rules

This place isn’t suitable for children under 12 and the host doesn’t allow pets, parties, or smoking.

Light and spacious chalet bungalow with large ground floor single room and shower room. Situated in a quiet residential area, there is ample parking on the road outside. About 30 minutes away from Southampton, the New Forest, Beaulieu, Hythe and the beaches at Calshot or Lepe are all just 4 miles away.

The space
In view of Covid-19 I have now adopted the Airbnb enhanced cleaning programme.
Hand sanitiser, antibacterial wipes and a small disinfectant spray will also be provided in the room.
In order to comply with social distancing rules, it will now be possible to self check in with a key safe provided outside the front door.

Guest access
Aside from the bedroom and bathroom..I don't mind guests using the kitchen to heat up a meal or make a drink. There is also a (shared with me) patio area outside available..
