"Be Eleven" is a new build luxury villa in the "Bayview" Lagada beach resort, Makry-Gialos, Crete. It's large patios and stunning sea & mountain views from the private roof terrace make it perfect for alfresco dining. There are 2 large communal pools with waterfalls, ideal for sunbathing and relaxing. Close to the resort of Makry-Gialos with its clean, safe beaches and beautiful harbour. It is a tranquil base to relax, or explore this unspoiled corner of East Crete
The house consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with a single bed and a bunk bed. There are two bathrooms with WC, one with bath and one with shower, while a solar system or electricity provides for hot water.
All rooms are fully air-conditioned. WiFi is available.
A TV with internet function (43 ''), with media player and a mini Android-PC-box, are available in the living room, also in the large bedroom a TV (32 ").
You can watch hundreds of channels, play video games or surf the Internet. With the KODI or another app, you can enjoy a live broadcast of your favorite sport.
Villa "Be Eleven" is in an area of outstanding beauty ideal for walking.
Summer days awash in brilliant sunlight, swimming in clear water and nights redolent of jasmine and honeysuckle of our gardens.
Our villa benefits from two south facing pools, (childrens as well) with poolside lounges, chairs and tables for comfortable outside living and relaxation.
Right next to the pool is a pergola with a sitting area. On the sea side house face, exist one more pergola with a sitting area too.
There is as well a stone built BBQ and a sitting and sunbathing area in the roof terrase, for more privacy.
There is in the resot also, a small café, where you can drink refreshing drinks, beers or eat something from his kitchen.
Interaction with guests
The Owners of Villa Be Eleven will be happy to offern to you a drink in threir place of Cafe Olympio, in Makry-Gialos harbor. In anything you may need during your stay can help in the minute. As well in residential complex, there is a reception that can help you if you encounter a problem during your stay.
Other things to note
Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service:
The pool and outside areas are cleaned daily.
The bed linen is changed weekly and living accommodation is cleaned on a weekly basis. Pool towels, bath towels and linen are provided.
If cleaning is needed more often, extra charges may apply.
Prices vary according to people and requirements
1) General requirements
Guest must comply with all House Rules, By-Laws and instructions from the Manager and security services during their stay;
2) Noise and Residential amenity
Guests must not create noise which is offensive to occupiers of neighbouring properties
Guests must not engage in anti-social behaviour and must minimise their impact upon the residential amenity of neighbours and local community.
3) Gatherings or functions
a) The Property is not a “party house” except events such as weddings or birthdays, the noice may be accepted until 23.00 (On request, you can get help for the organization)
b) Any gathering, celebration or entertainment permitted at a Property must not conflict with residential amenity and must comply with all the other requirements.
Vehicles may be parked in front of cottage, for free.
5) Garbage and recycling
a) Guests are to dispose of garbage and recycling in accordance with the usual practice at the Property (as set out below) in the allocated bins.
b) Garbage and recycling arrangements: all household garbage is to be put in the bin alongside the cottage
Whenever you are absent from the Property, close all windows and doors to maintain security and prevent rain, wind and water damage.
7) Swimming Pool
a) The swimming pool can be used at any time but noise must be kept to a minimum after 10pm
b) No glassware is permitted in the pool areas.
c) Children are only allowed in the pool when there is one adult for every two children using the pool.
Smoking is not permitted indoors.
Pets are not permitted at this property.
10) Damages and breakages
Damages and breakages must be reported to the Manager.
11) On departure arrangements
Please see the owner/manager prior to your departure to make arrangements regarding keys, security, dish washing, rubbish, etc.
