Really nice and cozy appartment with a wonderful balcony. A bit far from town, not the best location to get to at night.

I stayed in the studio apartment for a month and a half. Inside, you will find all.the amenities you need, and Maria Luisa is glad to take care of any special request you might have with an extremely welcoming attitude. Around the building there are some restaurants, a good supermarket, and shops for almost anything you might need. It is a calm neighborhood - if you want to go out elsewhere transport is very conveniently located. I feel very lucky to have found this place which is of great quality for its price.

Maria Luisa was a great host. She warmly welcomed me to the building. She lives right next door and was available if I had any queries. The studio is small but clean and has everything you need. I particularly liked the bathroom which has an excellent shower, and the South facing balcony. The neighbourhood is residential, which makes it an excellent place to see and feel how the 'real' Romans live. In the morning you can get your first cup of coffee right outside your doorstep, and there are plenty of shops and supermarkets nearby. I would highly recommend this small but cute studio, in a very convenient location close to Trastevere station (Fiumicino airport) and tram line 8 (city centre).

It was lovely to host you but i wanted to point out 3 things: Regarding the photos of my studio, they were taken by a professional Airbnb photographer. Regarding the location of my studio there is a detailed description on my profile. Please remember Airbnb and I both allowed you to pay for only two nights instead of for three which you had originally booked. I usually require a minimum stay of three nights as it's written on my profile. I hope that clarifies things. Regards, Maria Luisa

Maria Luisa was very friendly. She explained me what I needed to know. She could be there if I had any question. The flat was exactly as described. The building was really nice and quite, the flat was clean and comfortable. With a balcon.. The quarter, in the south of Trastvere, is more recent. But there were many little shops (supermarket, fruit and vegetable, bakery, coffe shop, ice,...) and people are very nice. It is not so far from the historical center. Usually you have only to take the tramway. But in this time I had to take bus+ tram. But it was really easy and quick. If I had to go back to Rome, I could go thera again. I recommand this appartment. Eva

The apartment is very cute, the futon bed is comfortable and there is lots of closet space. The apartment is located a little outside of the main tourist center, which I really liked because it was quite and calm. It is a very easy tram ride right to the very heart of the center, Piazza Venezia, close to many center and also runs through the trastevere neighborhood which is a great place for dinner or a drink. There is also a grocery store and a fruit and vegetable vendor on the same block as the apartment. Maria Luisa was very helpful when I arrived and made sure I was comfortable and then I saw her a few times throughout my stay. It was a very enjoyable stay.
