I stayed here overnight, having driven a few hours from home for a certain event in Easthampton. Staying at Sandra's place was totally perfect for my purpose. I arrived at about 8 pm. Sandra greeted me and showed me around, and was very ready to help with anything I needed. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. I was able to use the kitchen to make myself some dinner with vegetables I brought with me. Sandra's cat and dog were sweet and friendly, but pretty mellow so if you're not really an animal person, you don't have to worry that they'll bother you. The drive to Easthampton was about 20 minutes in the morning.

I wasn't aware that Sandy uses the rooms in her house as more of a boarding house for men and women. Even men and women that don't know each other. I was not told that I would be sharing the second floor with a dude I didn't even know. I left the house in the morning because I did not feel safe or comfortable staying there. I left Sandy a note. Even though the room was $36.00. I lost $100.00 because I had to stay the night due to being in a rural town I was not familair with at night with a dying phone. The whole expereince was unfortunate. My honest review.

It's a secluded antique home., but close enough to all the Hamptons. Sandy is incredibly nice and welcoming.

Sandra was a great host, very accommodating of my tight travel schedule. House is a lovely old colonial, and I adored the genuine new England charm of it. A great place for an affordable room.

This was a cool spot if you are in this area - even if you have to drive 30-60 minutes out of your way to get here. Very large house with at least 3 bedrooms for guests. Personally, I didn't love that there were other Airbnb guests at the same time as me - but that's all personal taste. If you are just looking for a room for the night you really can't beat this. Amazing price, very clean, 1800s home, in the mountains, very very safe area, tons of land. I always find it a little odd when you don't meet the host at all, but I totally appreciate the trust and kindness these people have to open their homes and I would totally stay here again. If I was to make one suggestion - it would be fresh towels, but again, for the price, there is so much value in staying with Sandra, and she was very accommodating and easy going. 4 out of 5 star review.
