Light, fresh and bright two bedroom apartment on the ground floor 100m from the beach. Fully decked out for a short stay by the beach.
Location Location Location. Guests are to feel at home and enjoy their surroundings.
Kitchen and dining on entry, through to a small sitting area walking on to the balcony to the sea view. Small hallway entering onto two bedrooms, one with a queen bedroom looking the second with a double bed. Both bedrooms have huge robes in there for your clothes and space on the floor for luggage. Bathroom is very light and white, combined with a laundry, fitted with all amenities required.
Our unit is on the ground floor and has stair access from the outside up directly to our unit. At the other end of our unit's building (left on a photo) there is a pathway which leads to the rear of the property with one step, this is an easier way for those that need to avoid the stairs.
Upon returning from the beach there is a hose with a shower head for a good rinse off before leaving heaps of sand in the inside shower please.
Parking is best free off the street directly opposite the units, our park is tiny underneath the building, however, it is number three to the left should you wish and can get in there to park.

Other things to note
The location is second to none. Cottesloe is lovely all throughout the year. As we face north the light is beautiful in the winter and the afternoon sea breeze known as the Fremantle Doctor, cools us down pretty quickly in the summer.
This is a small complex and consideration of other residents is required with noise levels to be kept to a minimum.
The unit is only to accommodate four people.
