We always strive for the best possible customer experience, but there is always a first time, as this 3 star score is the lowest score we ever received from a guest and it is also your first trip and review in Airbnb..., so maybe this unusually low score obeys to a confusion from how you think Airbnb works: this is a private apartment and not a hotel so although you had 4 new toilet papers for the 2 bathrooms (two installed and two as additional reserve in each bathroom) and 2 new paper towel rolls in the kitchen, it is always the guests responsibility to replenish whatever they might need for their stay (same as when you rent an apartment for 12 months or with food or other any other personal articles). It is also unfortunate that you think we left you 2 towels in the dryer as a bad service as this was done because you specially requested an early check-in which we cared to provide for you and we offered it for free. Maybe for your next trip you might prefer to wait for the formal check-in time and not appreciate the perk to enter and enjoy the apartment while 4 of the apartment's 16 towels are in the (free) dryer.
