The chlorine pool is surrounded by palm trees and cypress trees. It measures 4,5m x 3,5m and has a depth of 1,5m. There is a lawn with sun loungers to slumber and relax in the sunshine, a paved area with an exterior shower, to freshen up and wash off the sand after a day on the beach, and a dining table with a barbecue, to prepare a great family dinner. On the other side of the house there is a porch from which to enjoy the sunset. The garden is fenced and there is a gate to the sidewalk that surrounds the lake. On the first floor, there is a furnished terrace with views on the lake.
The house has two floors. On the ground floor you will find a splendid living- and dining room with a sofa, an arm chair, satellite TV, a dining table and a glass sliding door to the porch. The kitchen works with gas and counts with an electric oven, a dishwasher and all necessary utensils to cook your favorite dishes. There is a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. On the ground floor, there is a WC. Upstairs you will find three bedrooms. Two bedrooms have a double bed and access to the terrace with views on the lake. One of them has a wardrobe and the other counts with a dressing room and an en-suite bathroom with a bath tub. The second bedroom has space enough to prepare a folding bed for a sixth person, if necessary. The third bedroom has one single bed. There is one bathroom with a shower on the first floor, for general use. On request we can prepare a baby bed and a high chair.
The house is situated on a privileged site, with views on the lake and at only 2 minutes walking distance from the beach. It is a residential area, although all basic services are nearby, including a big supermarket. The beach of Port d’Alcúdia is about 3,4 km long, with fine, white sand, and steeps slowly into the water. This makes it perfect for families with small children. It has areas with pine trees and areas with sun loungers and umbrellas. Along the beach, you can have a nice walk to the harbor, where you will find all kinds of shops and restaurants. You can visit the village of Alcúdia, with its Sunday market, its city walls and the Roman ruins of the theatre and the old town. In Cala San Vicente you will find some beautiful, smaller coves and it is also worthwhile to visit the village of Pollença, with its lively main square.
NOTE: The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases ((PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN)th November). According this law the property is available for seasonal renting. However, the contract does not offer any tourist service. It is only for the use of the property.
