The welcoming patio invites you to relax with a good book or to prepare a delicious family barbecue. There is a dining table, an umbrella and a stone-built barbecue. There are direct neighbors on both sides.
Entering into the cheerful living- and dining room from the patio, you will find two comfortable sofas, a television, air conditioning and a dining table. The kitchen is independent and very modern. It counts with a vitro hob, an electric oven, a dishwasher and all other utensils to prepare delightful dishes during your stay. On the ground floor there is a guest room. In the laundry room you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. On the first floor there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath tub and the other with two single beds. Both bedrooms count with a wardrobe and air conditioning. There is a bathroom with a shower for general use. On request, we can prepare a baby bed, a high chair and up to two electric heaters.
The house is situated in a quiet street, though close to the market and the church. Esporles is a center of activities of all sorts, like hiking, cycling and different types of mountain sports. Whichever route passes through this village is great to explore, like, for example, the routes to Banyalbufar or to Valldemossa. In the village you will find shops for your basic needs during your stay. In Palma, at only 14 km, you will find bigger supermarkets, shops and restaurants. Enjoy a lovely walk through the city center of Palma, the old town, with its small alleys and its impressive interior patios, or walk down to the impressing cathedral, on the seaside boulevard. Furthermore, Palma counts with several very interesting museums, like the Es Baluard, for modern and contemporary art, or the 10th-century Arab bath house, in the Calatrava area, on top of the city walls. For a night out, you can go to the Santa Catalina neighborhood, with its huge variety of restaurants and bars. The nearest beach is Illetes, at 20 km from the house. It’s also worthwhile to go to the virgin beach of Es Trenc, in the south, or the long beach of the bay of Alcúdia, in the north, perfect for families with children.
NOTE: The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases ((PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN)th November). According this law the property is available for seasonal renting. However, the contract does not offer any tourist service. It is only for the use of the property.
