Where you’ll be

Monticello, Utah, United States

The property is surrounded by farm fields and a few remote homes. The neighbors like their privacy, so if you go for walks nearby please stay on the main gravel road. The views from this high point are vast and spectacular of the entire Four Corners area and Bears Ears Monument.

I am recently retired, a quiet and contemplative person who loves the outdoors. Low maintenance but easy to talk to and likeable. Love to hike, listen to music, visit new places, and get to know people.
During your stay
The owner lives on the property if you have questions or need anything. She may not be there all the time, but you will give you her cell phone when you arrive if you have questions. There are a dog and cat that live on the property, so sorry but guests may not bring pets. Three Great Pyrenees neighbor dogs occasionally show up as well who are very friendly.
