The space
First step:-
Please let me know if you are interested in the little gate that blocks pets or children. It is movable and can be placed on the door jambs of your choice.
We also have cutlery for children, (see the photos in the kitchen) if you want to let us know in advance, so we can provide the 2 items, (small gate and cutlery)
Please, after the booking has been completed: - send a message to the host, forwarding your ID, the names of your guests, and the details of up to 2 vehicles, identifying the license plate number, color and model of the vehicle.
This information is super important to make your check-in quick.
Upon arrival at the entrance, show your document proving that it is you.
This information will be at the entrance, authorizing the delivery of the key card, which releases the air conditioning and opens the door as pointed out in the WhatsApp with photo. After you present your document at the front desk, they will give you the form to sign.
The staff enters after your checkout at noon to collect the clothes, and start the entire cleaning inside the apartment. The team works during business hours.
Let us know in advance by indicating in the app if you will be bringing a small pet.
The protective cover of the pool, with the sun beating down, breaks the chill of the water.
When it's time to use the pool, remove the cover; if you want to maintain warmth, just put it back on!
When you leave, please turn off the air-conditioning.
Anything you use, please put them back in their places.
We have 1 smart TV in the living room, 1 smart TV in the balcony room, and a regular TV in the suite. You can access Netflix with your account on the smart TVs.
There are two bikes available and a bike lane one block away, on the waterfront side. There is a bike rental on the corner.
You can use the common pool in the building. However, you can not eat, drink or smoke in common areas, which is a rule of the condominium.
The advantage of the penthouse is that
you can smoke, although only in the outdoor area, as the apartment is for non-smokers.
We have crystal glass cups available inside the china cabinet, and we have polycarbonate cups to prevent accidents.
Any item you break, please leave it on the kitchen counter for inventory checking purposes.
Location of the apartment, wooded and quiet street, residential area.
Small businesses one block away, including the Dia supermarket, on Avenida D. Pedro, one block away.
The Pão de Açúcar supermarket is 3 blocks away.
Smart Fit Gym is above the market, and there is another Smart Fit across the street.
In the vicinity, we have the Alcides pizzeria (traditional in Guarujá) and the Alcides restaurant, with feijoada on Saturdays one block away.

Accommodations are distributed as follows: Balcony Room: - 2 single pullout beds plus a beige armchair, which converts into a single bed. Sleeps 5. See the photos.
A double bed in the en-suite, which can fit a green single armchair that turns into a single bed, so it accommodates 3.
A double sofa bed in the living room.
Accommodates another 2.
One block away, bicycles are rented, alone or double.
We ask for tidying up before self-checkout, which means leaving things stored in their places. Take photos and send them via the message box to the host on the same line as the self check-in, where you received the photos for your inspection.
If you choose to leave dishes and pots to wash, no problem, just let us know to schedule an extra person and you will be charged an extra $200, because the apartment preparation time is short, and it needs to be fully sanitized, at each rental.
Regarding the cleaning fee, a clarification: -
The apartment cleaning fee includes barbecue area, swimming pool, bed linens, with check-in at 3 p.m. and checkout at noon.
The condominium is safe, with cameras in the parking lot and elevator.
Misuse of the pool will turn it green, and after checkout you will be charged $300 for settling and draining. It will take 3 days.
The 2 causes of misuse:-
1) entering the pool with sand destabilizes the protection of the chlorine and the algaecide, so use the shower next to it. The sand settles to the bottom.
2) peeing ends the chlorine suspension.
We only receive guests booked through Airbnb.
It is against the rules that Airbnb has established.

There is a private pool with barbecue, and another pool common to the condominium, games room, two parking spaces.
XIV - NOISE
94. It is forbidden to make sound or noise of any kind in the autonomous units that could disturb the neighbors, at any time. Only ambient sound is permitted.
You'll be fined by the condominium.
95. Crowding, loud voices, rackets, tumults or excessively noisy gatherings anywhere in the building are prohibited.
We have all the kitchen utensils.
You will find a hairdryer in the en-suite bedroom with a 2000-watt power rating, 2 coffeemakers, (three) and a normal coffeemaker with paper filter, toaster, blender, rice cooker, a bakery, with directions for use and recipes, which must remain inside the machine, after use, electric popcorn maker (doesn't use oil!) and a Philco air fryer.
Other things to note
Everything will be prepared with great affection and designed for your comfort. We are very dedicated to delivering the apartment in good order.
We are opening our accommodation, so that you feel like you are in your own home.
The trash can is on the ground floor.
Do not gather garbage in the apartment; when you go downstairs, leave it in the trash can.
Before checkout please collect the garbage, which attracts insects, and take photos before checkout for your inspection, within the Airbnb message box.
(Cleaning and removal of bed and bath linens will begin after checkout at noon. After the reservation is completed, late checkout will be offered at 6 p.m., and if accepted, just bring bed and bath linens.)
If you choose to leave late checkout with bed and bath linens, you will be charged an additional half day. The team works business hours.
Toys for children to play in the sand, frescobol equipment, 1 macaroni game, "Uno" card game and a deck of cards.
For private pool - A pool table and two white chairs. A sunscreen holder! You need to put water into it, to support it.
I don't have diving equipment, I don't provide beach towels.
Coffee makers, electric popcorn maker, air fry fryer, breadmaker, blender, toaster, mixer, we all have kitchen utensils you'll need.
We also ask that when using any item, please put it back where you picked it up.
If you break anything, leave it on the kitchen counter. If you don't, it'll be considered a souvenir.
If anything is spread around, I won't find it and I'll have to ask about it. Saving it in the original place will be easier.
Do not leave the air-conditioning or fans on when you go for a walk, overheating introduces a risk, conscientious use does not. With that in mind, a hotel-like key card was needed to operate the air-conditioning and open the door.
At check-out, do not leave food in the refrigerator or ovens. This is a request. One more detail, please leave dirty dishes, neither in the fridge nor on top of the sink, as they gather ants. If you choose to leave dirty dishes, no problem, you will be charged $100, let me know!!!!
