on a quiet lane, between A47/A17 midway to Kings Lynn and Wisbech, Bus Stop outside the door going both directions 2 hourly in day

2023 sees building works going on to the main house , it should not impact you as guests .

Guest access
A key will be provided for the guests to come and go as they wish. There is a Kitchen area (no oven/hob) microwave oven only , shared with other guests. WC shared with room 3 in corridor. We have a large rear garden used for Caravans /Motorhomes holidaying in Norfolk ,you may also use the garden . plenty of countryside walks on the doorstep to be enjoyed by all.

We are always here and guests are welcome to chat to us anytime they want.

Other things to note
We are adult only , over 16 yrs unless by prior request .We are 30 minutes away from the Norfolk Coast, Sandringham, Spalding and Peterborough. This makes for a lovely holiday location but centrally located for anyone visiting on business. Local village has pubs, doctors, chemists, convenience store, take aways and garden centres.
