The house is designed around two beautiful atriums, one with a garden and the other with a large dipping pool, both of which feel like part of the interior of the house. They are surrounded by a spacious living room, corridor seating areas, dining room, yoga space and kitchen.
Internet speed is fast enough for those who need to work remotely.
Our home has four bedroom suites, of which I am renting three of them. Atriums, corridors, large kitchen, pool area and main hall are fully available for the enjoyment of your stay.
Interaction with guests
I am a native of the city and have worked in tourism, I can suggest the best restaurants, entertainments and places to visit in Granada as well as destinations around the city, including Masaya Volcano, Mombacho volcano, the islets, white villages, Catarina and any other recommendations that you need it.
Other things to note
A very important aspect is that my visitors have to like pets. I have 3 birds and Richard Parker, I have a lovely large boxer mix.
- Make yourself at home and treat our home as you would your own.
- Please enjoy cooking in the kitchen, we only ask you to clean and do the dishes when you are done.
- Be gentle with your energy use as power is very expensive in Nicaragua. Please turn off all lights behind you.
- Respect other guests and enjoy quiet time after 10 pm
- We know you will use the best of care and know you will understand that any damage to the house will need to be paid for.
