Quaint and cozy guest house. We are a 15 minute walk to Downtown and a 10 minute drive to the beach!

The space
The quaint private guesthouse has a kitchenette with a stove, fridge, coffee maker and microwave. The bedroom has a full bed, so it’s cozy for 2! There is a small private garden out the back door.
There is wifi and TV but no cable.

Spend a weekend doing a walking tour of historic homes, taking in the waterfront, hopping a harbor cruise, and strolling Market St -- and pepper that with pit stops at the many top-notch breweries (Smuttynose, Redhook, and Stoneface are all local). If you can, time your visit around the popular annual Chowder Festival or Prescott Park Arts Festival. I love to travel.
I enjoy living in Portsmouth, NH where I moved 5 years ago with my family. We are orinally from NYC, so it is a huge change of lifestyle.

My husband works from home and I own a local store
Our 2 teenagers are off at college, we have a dog and cat and very nice neighbors. You will have as much privacy as you need but we are all around for any help.
