I also rent for long periods, in the center of Milan, a beautiful room with private bathroom for exclusive use, in a large and elegant apartment(350 square meters) in an ancient building, a few minutes from the Bocconi University, the Navigli and the Cadorna station. The apartment is my property and is inhabited by me: I only rent this room from the apartment.
Very convenient to reach any point of the city because it is served by all modes of transport below the house.
