A private apartment on ground floor of a lovingly renovated ancient stone barn. Features dining and living room area, kitchenette, shower, washbasin and loo. There is a king/twin bed and a single bed, so can sleep 3 guests with the option of the double sofa bed being made up to increase the total occupancy to 5. Features underfloor heating, free parking and Wifi. Great for exploring coast and moorland. Holy Well and nature pond nearby. Private Yoga tuition available, for more info ask Gemma.

The space
There is one main room which has a sofa, dining table and the beds - there is a single bed and a king bed which can be split into 2 standard single beds. So there are beds for 3 guests plus the option of having the sofa made up as a double bed increasing the total occupancy to 5. There are 2 steps into the property. There is an en-suite with a loo, basin and shower. The window cill can be used as a work station space as required. Outside adjoining the property is a small kitchen with a fridge/freezer, sink, oven, microwave, kettle and toaster. Parking is directly opposite the barn in a private lay-by.

Situated in St Clether which features an ancient Holy Well set in the Inney Valley within walking distance. From St Clether you can take a footpath to The Rising Sun which is a quaint pub with excellent food and real ale. Another pub the Wilsey Down and also the Wilsey Woods are a short drive about 3 miles away from where you can take a run. Roughtor is a 10 minute drive from the accommodation from where you can enjoy a cream tea and walk on Bodmin Moor. There is a small shop on site selling souvenirs including blankets spun from the wool of our own rare breed sheep. Rosehip Barn is well situated for the John O Groats to Lands End cycle challenge.
