We had a nice time and everything was as described. Inside the tent was very cosy and the kitchen had everything we needed. The shower was good too. The road leading up to the house / tent is very pot holed and we had to drive really slowly. Also the toilet is a camping toilet (n…

Response from Stacey:
Hi Rachel, thanks for your feedback. The tent is on a working small holding so it will be a little untidy, with equipment etc. It's all necessary for the working of the farm. It's not possible to have a flushing toilet where the tent is sited but we don't expect guests to empty the toilet. As I said when you arrived, we can do that for you. I will provide gloves for people who prefer to do that themselves though so thank you for the suggestion. The track is potholed, yes, but again, we're in a very rural area and most farm tracks are the same. It's camping after all so it isn't going to be like staying in a holiday rental or B&B.

Lovely secluded little spot that's really close to st Ives and surrounding beaches. Very friendly hosts who made us feel welcome and had equipped the tent with everything we could need.

Just finished our two night stay. The location is really idyllic with views of surrounding fields filled with sheep, cows and ducks! Really nice attention to detail with coffee, cereal, kitchen equipment and even things like earplugs! Thank you Stacey for a lovely stay.

I'm a visual artist living in the deepest depths of Cornwall. I travel a fair bit for exhibitions so am always on the lookout for decent affordable accommodation.
