Great location
100% of recent guests gave the location a 5-star rating.
Great location, parking for 1 vehicle. Residential area 10 mins walk to Carbis Bay beach (longer return as uphill). Around 40 mins walk along pretty coastal path or 5 minutes by road to beautiful St Ives or take the short coastal train which has fabulous views. Local shops and a couple of restaurants within a few minutes' walk with bus and train stops to explore St Ives and the rest of Cornwall which have excellent beaches, art, history, eateries and lovely countryside.

The space
The Little House has heating, TV, DVD player (with a few old choices of things to watch), fridge, microwave, plates, glasses, mugs, cafetiere, cutlery, toaster, tea and coffee making facilities. Note, no full cooking facilities. Well worn but comfortable sofa. We live in house only yards away; we spend a lot of time in the garden but you are welcome to share the patio. Please note that we cannot take additional guests in the space as it is designed for two persons.

Guest access
Shared patio with main house and own separate entrance.

Other things to note
We are in a residential area so would ask our guests to be conscious of noise levels.

Carbis Bay, England, United Kingdom

We are very close to the ancient St Michael's Way walk which is a Pilgrim's walk from coast to coast. Carbis Bay beach at the bottom of the hill around 10 mins walk; note longer on way back as uphill. Trencrom Hill is less than an hour to walk and gives stunning views all around the coast as does Knill's Steeple. Walks from Carbis Bay to St Ives or Lelant with options to take the road, train or coastal path. Access to coast and countryside with only 7 miles to historic St Michael's Mount where you can walk across the causeway at lowtide. Local towns of Hayle (3 miles) and Penzance (7 miles) with their own history, beaches and shops.
