A quaint studio apartment in the heart of Koreatown, one of Los Angeles's most vital and hip neighborhoods. Five minute walk to the Metro Purple line which runs to Downtown with available transfers to Hollywood and Santa Monica. Surrounded by tons and tons of restaurants of varying cuisines from around the world. The pad is in a historic building which use to be an extended stay hotel for the dreamers of the 1930s. Come and experience the REAL Los Angeles.

Other things to note
There is no A/C or internet. I do have a couple of fans. And the unit is on the side of the building that does not get overwhelming sun, so it stays rather pleasant. August is usually the hottest month here, which can get rough when there is a heatwave. Cooler at night, since Los Angeles is a desert.
