The space

The apartment is situated in a quite side street. The neighborhood offers everything needed for a comfortable stay. Bakeries, grocery stores, restaurant, bars and cafes are all just a short walk away. The district of Schöneberg is known for its lively and colorful street and nightlife. The subway stop Julius-Leber-Brück (line S1) is just 100 meters away.
The apartment is a former store with a direct street entrance. The spacious living area is equipped with two double sleeping couches, open kitchen, flat screen TV and dining table. The bedrooms are located towards the quite courtyard and are furnished with comfortable box spring beds. The sleeping arrangements are as followed:
Living room: Two double sleeping couches
1. bedroom: Two single beds
2. bedroom: Two queen size beds
3. bedroom: One full size bed
The apartment has a full bath and a separate half bath. The basement is redone into a lounge area with bar.
Our apartments are always professionally cleaned and we provide fresh sheets and towels. We always try to accommodate our guest wishes and provide extras like a baby bed free of charge.

Great location, short walk to S Bahn station and shops. Lots of places to eat out at night locally. Lovely spacious apartment. One main bathroom with shower/ bath and toilet and then a separate toilet as well. We stayed with young children, great spot right next to lovely parks. And a bonus living room downstairs for relaxing! Plus the host (Ben and his team ) were super accommodating for last minute requests. Thank you!

Spacious apartment near to the center of town. Big TV and Wifi available, also table football. Comfortable and a reasonably quiet area with a few nice cafés nearby. Highly recommended.

This was a great place to stay for the conference we went to. Right next to public transport, quiet so no night time noise. The fact itself was massive, very clean and enjoyable to stay in.
