You will be met in person and welcomed to the flat and given your keys.
Interaction with guests
You will be staying in a home from home environment and the apartment is exclusively yours. Should you require any additional services we are on hand to attend to these and emergency household events.

Please note that the fifth bed is a comfy fold up single guest bed
-Guests must be aged 25 and over to book.
-Guests are required to sign Terms and Conditions
-Government ID is required for ALL guests. ALL guests will be asked for their Government ID upon check in and will be asked to sign a check in form and terms and conditions.
-Security Deposit £200 for incidentals
-If there is evidence of smoking we reserve the right to charge £250 penalty fee.
-The property is suitable for children aged 8+
-Noise in the communal areas to be kept to a minimum
-No excessive alcohol to be consumed
-No gatherings of visitors allowed at the property.
-Only the number of guests agreed may stay at the property. We reserve the right to ask all guests to pay the extra amount due.
-No loud music or shouting.
-Quiet time after 10pm.
- Please ensure you are quiet in the communal areas.
-If any of the above house rules are broken we reserve the right to ask the guests to leave immediately.
- Cleaning Fee £40 for departure cleaning.
For stays of 10+ days a supply of fresh linen and towels will automatically be conducted once a week free of charge. If a clean is required during a stay of 7-14 nights they will be charged at £30 per clean in addition to the exit clean. These will require booking and will be invoiced separately. If you have any queries or require anything else, please call Tina to discuss your requirements.
- Parking can be reserved at £12/day (must be vacated by 10am on departure day). Please note a parking permit MUST be displayed at all times. This will be invoiced separately.
No responsibility will be taken for guests parking fines whatsoever or guests not being able to park due to unauthorised use of the parking space.
- One set of keys will be issued per booking.
If at anytime the guest loses the keys they must inform us immediately. Lost keys will be charged at £50/key and lock changes will be charged at minimum £150, which will be deemed at the time and circumstances by Home Professionals.
-Smoking is not allowed inside the property or communal areas. If evidence of smoking is found there will be a £250 charge.
-If guests have caused any damage to the property there will be a charge equivalent to the cost for the repairs.
-The host can cancel the reservation any time without refunding the guest, even during the agreed period, if any of the rules are not followed or for any other reason.
From Sep 1 - Nov 30, 2017 the minimum stay is 1 night.
