The local Metro is just 3 blocks to the house and guests will be able to ride one stop to our world famous beaches of Santa Monica, shopping and restaurants. My home is 1 mile/18 blocks from the shore and very walkable, as well. The buses are clean and Lyft/Uber are available and economical for travel. The metro Eastbound, will take you to very cool DTLA in approximately 45 minutes. There you will find restaurants, bookstores, art galleries and cool bars and lounges.

Sonos sound in the flat, super quiet private location, Cali-style landscaping that my neighbor and I maintain by propagating plants from our surroundings. Street parking with guest pass. Outdoor seating on the property with great breezes.
This is a multi unit California style apartment complex with 5 additional residents. Our flat is ground floor and peacefully tucked between the street and the rear entrance. Please do not disturb the neighbors in the street facing front house. This quiet unit is enclosed behind large steel doors, adjacent to the green garden. You will have privacy coupled with convenience.
