I am sorry that you encountered a problem with the non motorized bikes. We are very concerned by the good condition of the amenities that we provide to our renters.
I appreciate that renters inform me in case of any problem. It helps us for the maintenance.Your only message during your stay was to let me know about the extra guest (your daughter) and to tell me that you were very happy with the flat. Now, that I am informed of the problem, it will be of course solved :-)
As explained to all my guests, I don't live by the flat and the concierge is in charge of the delivery of the keys. He is very helpful. If you encounter any problem , you must inform me, but he will be the one to help you as he lives there.
The electrical bikes are very expensive, that is why I am asking for a refundable damage deposit. The other bikes are available for free.
