This newly designed 2 BR/2 bathroom unit has an ideal location with an easy walk across the street to the beach and Waikiki's famous resorts. Its across the street from the Modern hotel, Ilikai, Grand Waikikean and Hilton Hawaiian Village. It's next to Buffalo Wild Wings (best wings on the island) and Snappers Bar and Grill. Red Lobster is caddy corner. It is equidistant to the Ala Moana Mall and Halekulani resort.
If the entire unit is rented guests can access everything. A discrete and minimal presence is requested at the long for neighbors privacy. Please avoid interaction with neighbors and refrain from mentioning anything regarding renting or Airbnb. You are simply visitors. So the ocean and resorts are a better hang out than the buildings pool on first floor. If only one bedroom is being rented then the other bedroom can not be accessed. No smoking allowed in unit and building. There is a preference for no smoking on balconies. The fresh ocean breezes are wonderful when doors are left open while lounging on the balconies.
Interaction with guests
The entire unit can be reserved for $250 and thus I would not be interacting on site except for checking in guests and handing over the keys. Check out only requires leaving the door unlocked and leaving keys on counter if I am not there to check you out early in the morning. If I have the other set of keys you can leave the door locked. Normally, leaving it unlocked is easier. If only one of the bedrooms is being rented I may come in late after midnight because I'd be driving for a luxury transportation company. I'm available via messaging and text. I'll be sure to receive a text faster though.

Never say you are here for an Airbnb, but rather you are my guests and/or friends. There isn't any issue, but it's best that neighbors or managers aren't bothered with the idea. One day Hawaii will be more free and welcoming to Airbnb. Thank you for being quiet, respectful and discrete when entering and leaving the lobby. Try to come and go minimally. There is no attendant on duty, except a resident manager who is not at entrance near elevator. He lives on site though several floors below our unit. However, the chances are rare that you would run into him. So nobody would notice you are even here.
Please be advised the number of guests for the reservation must be the same as the number of guests on the reservation present at the location at any given time and registered through Airbnb. Additionally, please be advised that any violation to the above stated will result in 50% rate increase for applicable booking/reservation.
The keys need to be given back to me or left on the counter and you can exit the elevator without the need for keys. Please do not leave keys off site for pickup in the event you change locations. The key replacement cost per property policy is $100. There is a strict non-refundable policy because there is limited availability to rent the unit, but a huge demand for renting this unit, during the month.
